Planned Feature: This integration is on our roadmap. Currently, use the CSV export feature for QCTO submissions.

- Generate QCTO01/QCTO02 export in skillSYMS
- Download the CSV file
- Log in to QCTO portal
- Upload the CSV file
- Record confirmation in skillSYMS
