Getting Started
Accessing Your Account
- Check your email for a registration link from your training provider
- Click the link and create your password
- Complete your profile with accurate information
- You’re ready to start!
Important: Use the same email address your training provider registered you with.

When you log in, you’ll see:
- My Progress: Overall completion percentage
- Upcoming Deadlines: Tasks and submissions due soon
- Recent Activity: Latest feedback and notifications
- Quick Actions: Common tasks like uploading evidence
Submitting Evidence
Step 1: Check What’s Required
Before uploading, understand what evidence you need:
- Navigate to My Programme
- Click on a module
- View Evidence Requirements
- Note the file types accepted and any specific instructions
Step 2: Prepare Your Files
Before uploading:
- Name files clearly:
Module1_Task1_YourName.pdf - Check file size: Maximum 25MB per file
- Accepted formats: PDF, Word, Images (JPG, PNG), Video (MP4)
- Scan quality: Ensure documents are readable
Step 3: Upload Evidence
- Navigate to Evidence → Upload
